Who we are: the people holding the pencil
The Episode Tally is the work of an unnamed editorial team with a soft spot for short shows and a stronger one for columns of figures. This page explains what we do and how.
The team
We publish as The Episode Tally team and we leave it at that. You will not find portraits, biographies or claims of expertise here, because none of them would make a sum more accurate. What you can judge us on is the notebook itself: whether a count is right, whether a price is labelled as a list price, whether a gap has been admitted to. Those are checks you can make for yourself, and they are the only credentials we are interested in offering.
The method
It is short enough to fit on an index card. We note how many episodes a series has, how many are free, what each paid one lists at and how long episode 1 runs. Then we write the sheet. Anything that follows from those figures, such as the bill for a whole series, is plain multiplication that you can repeat yourself. Anything that does not follow from them stays out. That is why you will see no scores, no scene lists and no running times beyond the first episode.
Where we stand
This notebook is unofficial and not run by Candy.ai. It is meant for adults only. It also carries affiliate links, so a visit that leaves here for the platform can earn us something, and you should weigh our remarks with that in mind. It does not alter the arithmetic: 12 tokens times three is 36 whoever is doing the multiplying. Our advice to read the current price and to stop whenever you like is unchanged too. The formal version sits in the legal notice, and how we treat your visit is covered in our privacy note.
Corrections and contact
Prices move and any ledger can pick up an error, so if you spot a figure that no longer matches what you see, we would like to hear about it. Write to contact@candy-episodes.top and tell us the series and the number in question. Please bear in mind that we are a small notebook and not a help desk. We cannot do anything about your account, your purchases or a platform decision, since we do not run any of them. For those, go to Candy.ai directly. Corrections to our sums, however, we will gladly read with a sharpened pencil in hand.
